A week on the road in the South Island...

Our
Amanda Rodgers recently spent a week visiting merchants across the South Island, and it was a great reminder of why getting out and meeting customers face to face matters.

The trip started in Dunedin and Mosgiel, where she enjoyed a “Dunner Stunner” 24 degrees, and she had packed for winter. A few Mitchpine t-shirts saved the day. From there she travelled through Waikouaiti and Ranfurly to Cromwell, then on through Wanaka to Queenstown.

In Queenstown, Amanda visited
CONZTRUCT, a builders’ expo where Carters had a stand. She enjoyed making lots of new contacts there.

The week wrapped up with a day of flying home and catching up on emails in airports. Not the most glamorous office, but a good way to close out a productive week.

Thank you to all the merchants who took the time to meet with Amanda.
As a family-run New Zealand business, we supply post poles and timber to merchants right across the country, including the South Island!

Get in touch if you’d like a visit from Amanda next time she’s down south.
