1. Tell us about your store - location, region, and how long you've used Mitchpine products.

Located in the beautiful, sunny Hawke's Bay, our region offers the perfect blend of sunshine, natural beauty, rich local culture, and world-class wineries, making it a truly special place to live and work. We have two retail stores located in Hastings and Napier, along with a Trade Distribution Centre in Whakatu. We have been using Mitchpine products for more than five years and have developed a strong relationship with their team over that time

There are many reasons why we choose Mitchpine. Product quality is certainly one of the key factors, along with their reliability and commitment to delivering on what they promise. Their communication is excellent, and they consistently follow through on their commitments. More than anything, though, it's the support we receive from the entire Mitchpine team. Nothing is ever a hassle, and the time they invest in supporting not only our team but also our customers demonstrates their commitment to both their products and their partnerships. Their willingness to stand alongside us and help find solutions creates real confidence in the brand and makes them a valued supplier.

3. How do you find the ordering and supply process - reliability, lead times, communication?

The ordering and supply process is fast, straightforward, and easy to manage. The Mitchpine team is always more than willing to help put together our requirements, whether that's through a quotation or an estimate. We can rely on agreed lead times, and the accuracy of deliveries is consistently excellent, with products arriving as ordered. Communication is excellent, and if there are ever any questions or changes, the team is quick to keep us informed. This reliability makes them an easy supplier to work with.

4. What feedback do you have about the quality of the products?

In my time working with Mitchpine I have not encountered any quality issues. Their product quality has been consistently high. Just as importantly thou, I have every confidence that if an issue did arise, the Mitchpine team would stand behind their product and work quickly to resolve it.

5. Anything else you’d like to mention??

My final thoughts are that while there are many superstars within the Mitchpine team, I would like to give special recognition to three individuals. Firstly, Kelvin, who has been directly responsible for the growth of the partnership between our businesses. He built the trust and reputation of Mitchpine within our business from practically nothing and has played a significant role in developing the strong relationship we enjoy today.Secondly, Garry, who has patiently dealt with my many requests for quotes and has always been quick to help whenever I've made the “occasional” mistake. His support and willingness to assist are greatly appreciated.Finally, Debbie, who has always been incredibly helpful when it comes to invoices and deliveries. Her responsiveness and attention to detail help ensure everything runs smoothly.
