Where Our Products End Up

We love seeing the variety of places our products end up. From fences, to posts in an orchard, to poles shaping a retaining wall. What starts as timber, posts and poles at Mitchpine ends up as something entirely different in the hands of our customers.

We'll be showcasing some of the amazing customers putting Mitchpine products to work, sharing the stories behind their projects and the results they've built. First up, The Bed Barn.

The Bed Barn -"We really care about your sleep."

Since 1988, The Bed Barn has been designing and manufacturing quality mattresses and bed bases in the Manawatu. Locally owned and operated, with stores in Palmerston North and Whanganui, The Bed Barn has built a reputation on comfort, craftsmanship and care, values that extend right through to the materials they choose.

For more than 10 years, that's meant building their bed bases with Mitchpine Kiln Dried Timber.

"We've been using Mitchpine timber for our bed bases for more than ten years," says Andrei Ogrean Owner of The Bed Barn.

As a local manufacturer producing beds day in, day out, they need a timber supplier they can rely on completely, and that reliability is exactly what's kept them coming back.
